I am very happy with the service I received. I bought a new washer and dryer and wanted the dryer duct that goes outside the house to be cleaned since it hadn't been done in several years. It was very clogged and because there is a screen on the outside to prevent bugs from getting in, the lint couldn't escape. The technician, George, was very nice and texted when he was en route. He explained everything that was done and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Jeremy was our technician and arrived at the designated time. He was friendly and professional and not only did a wonderful cleaning job but also was great at communicating throughout the process. The work was well done. However, I asked if the technician would be kind enough to assist with moving the furniture and assist with placing something under the legs. He said that there was an extra fee to do this and that I should have been told when I scheduled the appointment. So I explained it will be hard for me because I had open heart surgery and my husband is handicap. He still would not help with moving the couch forward so he could clean. So my husband and I scooted the couch and I scooted the cabinet. Then we scooted the couch and cabinet back and placed some styrofoam under the legs of the couch and cabinet. This technician was not as nice as the others that we had in the past. Carpet does look nice but I and my husband are exhausted because of the work that had to do.
