Jeremy was our technician and arrived at the designated time. He was friendly and professional and not only did a wonderful cleaning job but also was great at communicating throughout the process. The work was well done. However, I asked if the technician would be kind enough to assist with moving the furniture and assist with placing something under the legs. He said that there was an extra fee to do this and that I should have been told when I scheduled the appointment. So I explained it will be hard for me because I had open heart surgery and my husband is handicap. He still would not help with moving the couch forward so he could clean. So my husband and I scooted the couch and I scooted the cabinet. Then we scooted the couch and cabinet back and placed some styrofoam under the legs of the couch and cabinet. This technician was not as nice as the others that we had in the past. Carpet does look nice but I and my husband are exhausted because of the work that had to do.

Quinton paused at the door and introduced himself and why he was here. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked for a tour of my home and the vents. He was very professional, thorough and focused. As he was cleaning, one of his equipment pieces malfunctioned. He apologized for his faulty equipment and that he had to pick up a replacement.
