This is Mitzi! Jeremy did a Great Job! There were a few stubborn spots but he returned and they are gone! I’d recommend Americlean and Jeremy as the technician! He’s very kind and very thorough!! I think the pricing was a bit steep for a living room and hallway, but I was very happy with the service. I did have a stain that I did not believe would be able to be removed in Jeremy did get that stain out of my carpet! There was an error that occurred and I did receive a discount and I was satisfied with that amount for the cleaning.

The two technicians that came out to complete the mitigation and cleanup of our crawlspace after a sewage pipe had burst were respectful, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our service was completely accurately and efficiently.
