The two technicians that came out to complete the mitigation and cleanup of our crawlspace after a sewage pipe had burst were respectful, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our service was completely accurately and efficiently. What cleaning methods do you use for carpets?

We use the hot-water cleaning method which is commonly referred to as steam cleaning. This is the recommended method by all major carpet manufacturers and what is required to maintain your warranty.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry?

Under normal conditions, your carpets will be dry in 6-8 hours. Running ceiling fans helps reduce drying time.

Is the cleaning safe for pets and children?

Absolutely. Our cleaning agents have been approved for use in all residential and commercial buildings.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Our pricing is based on the number of areas (up to 250sqft) being cleaned. If you call our office, we are happy to provide a firm price over the phone. For commercial clients, one of our estimators will come out and provide a free quote after completing an assessment.

Can you remove stains and odors from carpets?

In most cases, our pre-treatment solution will remove stains and odors from your carpets. Occasionally, we will need to use specialty spotting agents to remove spills which contain dyes. Specialty agents may also be required to remove pet odors.
