If a home inspector finds mold in your home, call our offices to schedule your FREE mold remediation estimate. Our mold remediation technician will come inspect your home (particularly the areas where mold was suspected in the report) for visible traces of mold, possible sources, and develop a plan to remediate the mold. Shortly after your appointment, our mold remediation technician will email you a proposal and a timeline.

Complete the work.
Our mold remediation technicians will arrange for all work to be completed during a time that least interrupts your schedule and coordinates with your closing schedule. When removing the mold from your home, we will use containment to avoid any airborne spoors from traveling to unaffected areas of the home.

Have an air sampling done.
In most cases, an air sampling is done by a third-party to ensure that the mold levels in the home are up to standards. We use a third-party testing company in order to give our customers reassurance that the work has been done correctly.

Rest assured that job has been done correctly.
