The work was well done. However, I asked if the technician would be kind enough to assist with moving the furniture and assist with placing something under the legs. He said that there was an extra fee to do this and that I should have been told when I scheduled the appointment. So I explained it will be hard for me because I had open heart surgery and my husband is handicap. He still would not help with moving the couch forward so he could clean. So my husband and I scooted the couch and I scooted the cabinet. Then we scooted the couch and cabinet back and placed some styrofoam under the legs of the couch and cabinet. This technician was not as nice as the others that we had in the past. Carpet does look nice but I and my husband are exhausted because of the work that had to do.

They came on time and because it was raining moved our one area rug to the garage so as not to hurt the wood floor. Even plugged in a fan nearby to help it dry! Price was as indicated no surprises

Jeremy was punctual and walked the areas to be cleaned and asked if we had any trouble spots. He did a fantastic job, took his time and was very courteous. This is the second time Jeremy did our carpets and will request him again. Ameri-clean is the only carpet cleaner we will have.

Quinton paused at the door and introduced himself and why he was here. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked for a tour of my home and the vents. He was very professional, thorough and focused. As he was cleaning, one of his equipment pieces malfunctioned. He apologized for his faulty equipment and that he had to pick up a replacement. He was only gone for about 20 minutes and apologized again for the delay and immediately got back to work. I’m very pleased with the results and will use Americlean again. ☺️

I just purchased a home and the lady that lived there before me had 18 cats (yep that’s right 18 cats) in the house. Americlean came in and sprayed the floors and sealed them to get rid of all smell.
