Air Duct Cleaning Technician
Cleaning of HVAC systems including dryer vents in residential and commercial buildings. Air Duct Cleaning Technicians must be able to analyze each unique HVAC systems to determine the best approach to maximize cleaning effectiveness. Successful technicians are skilled in the technical cleaning aspects of the process, able to effectively communicate the cleaning process, and also are able to promote other services offered by AmeriClean.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze the HVAC system within a structure and develop an appropriate cleaning plan
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Make system improvement and maintenance suggestions pertaining to the HVAC system to the customer
- Quote cleaning prices for residential and commercial HVAC cleaning projects
- Be able to effectively sell additional duct cleaning services and other services offered by the Company
- Increase direct revenue by selling related services. i.e.) dryer vent cleaning
- Increase indirect revenue by selling additional services i.e.) carpet cleaning
- Maintain your assigned vehicle from a mechanical and cleanliness standpoint
- Complete daily paperwork in a timely manner and submit for billing
- Bring suggestions for service improvements and new service opportunities to your supervisor

Carpet & Water Damage Technician
Lead carpet technicians serve as both carpet cleaning technicians and also as water damage restoration technicians. Lead technicians serve as a customer service representative and need to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze the floor coverings within a building and utilize the appropriate cleaning method to maximize results
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Evaluation a structure after a water damage and implement the Vortex Drying method utilizing the appropriate equipment to rapidly dry the structure
- Quote cleaning prices for residential and commercial cleaning projects
- Increase direct revenue by selling related services. i.e.) upholstery cleaning
- Increase indirect revenue by selling additional services i.e.) duct cleaning
- Maintain your assigned vehicle from a mechanical and cleanliness standpoint. This includes scheduled maintenance to the cleaning unit
- Maintain division equipment from a mechanical and cleanliness standpoint to ensure a constant state of readiness
- Complete daily paperwork in a timely manner and submit for billing
- Bring suggestions for service improvements and new service opportunities to your supervisor

Estimator
The Estimator role is responsible for meeting with new and existing clients to provide solutions for their cleaning and restoration projects. An estimator will complete an initial inspection and then provide the customer with several options to meet their specific needs.
AmeriClean’s estimators provide residential and commercial customers estimates for carpet, air duct, dryer vent, and exterior cleaning services. They also provide estimates for residential mold remediation and residential water damage cleanup.

Marketing Rep
Marketing Reps work with existing and new clients to promote AmeriClean’s cleaning and restoration services. A Marketing Rep will spend most of their day calling on insurance agents, plumbing contractors and HVAC contractors.
In addition to meeting with clients, a Marketing Rep will also represent AmeriClean at industry, community, and other local events.

Restoration Technician
As an AmeriClean Restoration Technician, you’ll get to work in diverse locations, tackle exciting challenges every day, and help people when they need it the most.
Essential Functions:
- Conducting on-site evaluations to determine the extent of the damage to customer belongings.
- Cleaning, restoring, and deodorizing customers’ personal property and structural items.
- Packing, inventorying, and transporting damaged belongings to our shop for restoration.
- Performing demolition work for water and mold damaged homes as needed
- Assisting with other restoration services such as flood remediation
- Providing exceptional customer service that represents the high standards of our company
- Help customers get the most out of our services by suggesting related options and add-ons that fit their needs.
- Keeping your assigned vehicle and equipment well-maintained, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness
- Completing daily paperwork on time and submitting it for billing promptly
- Sharing your suggestions for improving services and identifying new opportunities with your supervisor to help drive the company’s growth
