I am very happy with the service I received. I bought a new washer and dryer and wanted the dryer duct that goes outside the house to be cleaned since it hadn't been done in several years. It was very clogged and because there is a screen on the outside to prevent bugs from getting in, the lint couldn't escape. The technician, George, was very nice and texted when he was en route. He explained everything that was done and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely use them again in the future!

What steps are involved in the water damage remediation process?

Our water damage process begins with a thorough examination of the affected areas. Once we know what areas and more importantly, what materials are impacted, we will then extract water from the floor coverings. Finally, we will set drying equipment to dry the structure and your personal belongings.

How long does water damage restoration take?

While every situation is different, the normal drying project will take 3 to 5 days to complete. If we are drying materials such as hardwood floors or plaster, it may extend the drying time.

Will my insurance cover the cost of water damage remediation?

For the most common sources of water damage, your insurance will cover the damage caused by water. However, there are some causes such as sump pump failure and sewer and drain backup that may require additional insurance coverages.
