Staff very professional and did a great job; we did not get all of the areas cleaned because it was very late. The large room upstairs and the medium sz meeting room, were not cleaned because of it being so late. We will get them cleaned at another time.

Staff was on time. The person who came this year was very conscience about her work. She put tarps over my wood flooring. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The company might consider having the workers use covers on their shoes while in the house after having cleaned the carpets.

Andrew the project manager was thorough, supportive and helpful to explain things to the homeowner. He met with our insurance adjuster and contractor to put their collective plan together.
