Quinton paused at the door and introduced himself and why he was here. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked for a tour of my home and the vents. He was very professional, thorough and focused. As he was cleaning, one of his equipment pieces malfunctioned. He apologized for his faulty equipment and that he had to pick up a replacement. He was only gone for about 20 minutes and apologized again for the delay and immediately got back to work. I’m very pleased with the results and will use Americlean again. ☺️
