During the event, there were several questions that came up with multiple attendees so we thought we would share those with you along with the answers incase you were wondering about the same thing. We hope these help and as always, we would love the opportunity to speak with you if you have any questions!
Here are the most common questions or discussions we had:
Q. How dry will my carpets be when you are done cleaning?
This was the number one question we heard from attendees who were interested in our carpet cleaning services. Most of those people were concerned because other carpet cleaners had left too much water in their carpets. AmeriClean’s carpet cleaning process includes speed drying of the area being cleaned as soon as we are completed. By including speed drying in our cleaning process we are able to leave the carpets much drier than other companies, thus removing one of the biggest concerns customers have.
Q. Do you offer carpet protector?
Attendees not only wanted to get their carpets looking like new again, but they also want to try and keep them looking fresh for as long as possible. AmeriClean is proud to offer high quality carpet protector for all kinds of residential and commercial carpets.
Q. How often should I get my air ducts cleaned?
A large percentage of the attendees we talked with wanted to know how often they should have their air ducts cleaned. While the answer can vary depending on the type of use your home gets, where it is located, if you have pets, etc. The common time between cleaning appointments that we recommend is every 3 to 5 years. Now if you have pets, kids or live in an agricultural area, you may need to have your air ducts cleaned on a more frequent basis.

For most homes, it is recommend that your dryer vent be cleaned on an annual basis. If you tend to do more laundry than a typical home or if you wash items such as jeans, sweaters, and towels on a frequent basis then you may want to have your dryer vent cleaned more frequently.
