AmeriClean is seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Representative to further develop existing relationships and secure new clients. Sales representatives are responsible for increasing restoration and cleaning service revenue through direct sales and marketing efforts. Representatives must be passionate about growing our service lines and have a strong desire to help others.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• A passion for meeting new people and developing relationships
• The ability to sell based on pain profiles
• Must be a self-starter who is charismatic, compassionate, positive and success driven
• Proficiency in all Microsoft programs
• Utilize the company’s CRM to manage, retain, and grow sales
• Strong written and verbal skills
• The ability to sell based on pain profiles
• Proven track record of prospecting leads and closing the deal
• The ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of core services and industry specific practices
Primary Responsibilities
• Actively drive sales
• Increase revenue through growing existing relationships and seeking new clients
• Create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, and the construction trades
• Represent the company at networking, customer, and community events
• Work with other team members to increase revenue
• Coordinate marketing events for existing and new customers
